SUSPICIOUS MALE - LIMEPIT LANE, CHADSMOOR

Good afternoon,

At approximately 1:00 PM on Tuesday, 18th November, a male attended an address on Limepit Lane, Chadsmoor, claiming to be from a housing association. He stated that he needed access to the property to check for damp and mould.

We do not believe this individual is a genuine contractor. If you have experienced a similar visit or have any information that could assist, please contact us quoting incident reference 0421 of 21st November.

Important Advice:

If someone attends your property unexpectedly, do not allow them access.

Always verify their identity with the organisation they claim to represent.

Report suspicious activity via 101.

If they refuse to leave or you feel threatened, call 999 immediately.
